Blue Water Benefits Administrators is integrated with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan’s FlexLink.

What is FlexLink^®?

A solution that supports jointly administered accounts, providing collaborative claim processing between Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan (BCBSM) and Blue Water Benefits Administrators, the third-party administrator (TPA). FlexLink is used with self-funded medical plans.

FlexLink is only available to companies that are headquartered in Michigan.
